I've been in the health care field for 40+ years, in a variety of professions including surgical oncology nurse, Chiropractor, Traditional Naturopath, nutrition coach, and Holistic Iridologist and Integrative Oncology Practitioner, Thermographer, Bio-Energetic Practitioner, and Live Blood Analyst.
In that time, I've watched peoples lives turned upside down by cancer and other chronic debilitating diseases. As a result, I decided to change my career from medicine to preventative health care. I continue to educate myself in an effort to stay up to date with the latest research and methods being discovered in the natural health field.
My emphasis is on helping you identify the root cause of your health concerns, using a variety of traditional and natural health assessments. Then, using nutrition, detoxification & regenerative therapies, as well as education, we can make the best health and lifestyle choices for you and your family.

Liz was introduced to Salt of Life several years ago when her sister-in-law visited Dr. Wilson for back pain that she couldn’t resolve. Her sister thought the myofascial treatment was nothing short of a miracle, so Liz visited too. She was also pleased that the services made her feel better and now offer insight into a lifelong campaign to monitor and manage Still’s disease. As a young adult, she was diagnosed with Adult-Onset Still's disease, which is an uncommon systemic inflammatory disorder. She’s discovered that she’s able to monitor her inflammation with thermography, something that is completely unavailable in traditional medical formats. She became very interested in wanting to be a part of the team. So, when the offer to take over the thermography business from Dr. Wilson came along, she didn’t think twice!  “Medical thermography can help so many people identify problem areas, and help people discover ways to live a healthier lifestyle.”

Tasha likes to listen to podcasts while she walks her dogs. It was during a week of trading back and forth between interviews with women over 65 and a doctor that wrote a book about health and life span, it dawned on her that choices now have a decidedly important impact on how long and how well she will live. Always a bit of a naturalist and armed with healthy doses of skepticism and curiosity, she went to work on herself as a bit of a project. She lost weight, changed her diet, improved her daily movement quotient, and started learning about ways to “tweak wellness, not treat illness”. She now uses thermography as a non-invasive way to see where she might make improvements; and then, later, to see the impact of changes she made on her metabolic system. Being able to bring this service and health information to others is super exciting for her.

Keith is a 2023 graduate of Black Brook School of Massage in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Along with providing massage, Keith has been actively taking continuing education (CE) courses in Precision
Neuromuscular Therapy (PNT) and Reflexology. He hopes to learn more in the field of reflexology, and other specialties as he continues to grow his career as a therapist and healer. Journey to Zen Massage is not just a business, but a moment of respite or a resting spot for anyone going through their own journey of life and whatever stressors that entails. We don't all have the same issues, but everyone needs to make time for rest and healing. My goal is to give that rest to all who come to see me. "In every journey you need time to rest."
